This workshop is designed for photographers of any skill level who have never exhibited their work before and for those who may have exhibited before yet want to learn how to enhance their experience by learning from local pros.

Join us to learn about the SPARK Photo Festival, the only regional photography festival of its kind in Canada and 2023 marks our 10^th anniversary. The Festival runs from April 1st to 30th, throughout the Peterborough, Northumberland and City of Kawartha Lakes region.

At the workshop, you’ll learn how:

• SPARK supports you and your exhibit;
• To Register your Open Call Exhibit and how to enter our themed Juried Exhibit.

You’ll also get step-by-step guidance from experts how to prepare an exhibit for SPARK–and beyond–with these key components:

• Selecting and Securing a Venue
• Printing and Displaying your Photographs
• Marketing your Exhibit

Plus see examples of exhibits, get information about seeking out arts funding through grants, meet other photographers and experienced exhibitors.

The workshop includes a Q&A with photography and exhibit experts.
