My work in all media is more about subtle relationships than grand vistas, it celebrates a love for the planet: all humans, creatures and things manmade or heaven-sent. Whether a washed-up piece of drift wood, a Panamanian boy bathing along the shore, or a umbrella everted by the sometimes vigorous mother of all - nature. They signify my passion for exuberantly living in the moment.
I enjoy diving into the universal nostalgia that is photography.
The intent of my work is to keep your eye at play, and maintain countless thoughts suspended in your mind. I want viewers to look at my images in some future time and to make some sort of comparison or connection, and to understand the beauty that was here. This is why I want to continue my work – my play, my making of grand, picturesque prints…images that take one’s breath away…images of the most ordinary and extraordinary of all things in my lifetime.
